To run the system effectively and efficiently JPSD has made sub-committees and boards which have their professional heads with a team of highly motivated individuals.

Currently the following sub-committees are active in JPSD, having members of the Managing Committee and General members of JPSD. The meetings are called by the Secretary with the permission of the Nazim or Chairman of the respective committee.
